About Still Kind

Still Kind started as a belief. It grew into a company. Three real arms: executive culture and leadership strategy, curated bar experiences, and Still Kind Presents, a constantly evolving community outreach platform pairing local charities with local businesses, built around real events and the top industry professionals who show up for them. It's about bringing us all together, for all the right reasons. We all thrive when we're all kind.
Still Kind is the belief that how you treat the people in front of you, the barista, the stranger in the elevator, the delivery driver, anyone, matters more than almost anything else you'll do today. It started as one person's reason to keep going. It's growing every day to let people know, in any way we can, that it's going to be okay, and that no matter what, it's always worth it to still be kind.
Not yet, and it's a real question we're actively working through. Giving back is already core to how Still Kind operates, real causes, real events, real dollars, and a move toward nonprofit status is currently under consideration.
Founded by Madison Reece, who has spent nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, running rooms from the perspective of the bartender, the manager, and the operator. This experience was developed over years in San Diego and refined and understood right here in Chicago. Somewhere along the way, after enough real conversations with people quietly carrying more than they let on, the idea took shape: bring people together, actually together, on purpose. Founded behind a bar. Practiced everywhere, every day.
Three things, one belief. Executive culture and leadership strategy for owners and operators. Curated bar experiences for literally anything you'd need a great bartender for. And Still Kind Presents, real events, real causes, real community, giving back built in from the start.
Still Kind grew its roots in Chicago, Illinois. But this is a movement built through community, not a zip code, so Still Kind goes wherever the work is.
